Name: Lady Chops at Lafourche Parish Public Libraries
    Date: November 21, 2016
    Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM CST
    Event Description:
The Lafourche Parish Public Library's South Lafourche Library, Lockport Library, and Thibodaux Library will host "Lady Chops: Drum Roll Please" and interactive one-woman percussion performance. Elizabeth Vidos, AKA Lad Chops, will provide three performances during Thanksgiving break for children and families. Her one-woman percussion show includes over 15 instruments, improvisations, and audience interaction.

Vidos, a native of Morgan City and a graduate of E.D. White High School, had a successful college career in percussion, leading to a successful career as a cast member of the critically acclaimed STOMP touring show. She is now touring in schools and libraries all over the country, and will be visiting Lafourche Parish to perform for the first time. The Lafourche Parish Public Library is excited to host her first performances in the parish.
