Application for 2022 Board Membership

The nominating committee of the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors announces available positions on the Board.  The three-year term of office begins January 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2024.  Chamber members in good standing are eligible to serve in this leadership capacity.  The Board of Directors is the policy-making body of the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce.  Its members represent the business and professional leadership of the community.  Directors may serve only one three-year term (consecutively), unless in the rotation to the position of Chair of the Board.

As the policy-forming branch of the chamber, the Board authorizes the organization’s Program of Work, approves the organization‘s budget and hears and acts on committee recommendations.  Board members are expected to support Chamber activities and to have a presence in the community at large.

The Chamber is looking for members to serve on its board, who are interested in taking on new opportunities, serving the community in a leadership role and are passionate about the chamber and its mission.  If you are ready to join the leaders of the board, please file out the application here and submit it to Tammy Ledet at Tammy@thibodauxchamber.com.
