Melanie Boudreaux attended Nicholls State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources. While continuing her role as full time HR Manager in the Oil and Gas Industry, Melanie went back to Nicholls for her MBA. After receiving her Masters in Business Administration, Melanie began her teaching career. She currently teaches Management and Human Resource Management classes at Nicholls where she is also the faculty advisor for the Society of Human Resource Management. She holds two Human Resource certifications, her PHR and her SHRM-CP.
Ray Peters attended Nicholls State University where he received his undergraduate degree in Communications Art. He has a Master's Degree from LSU with a concentration in Human Resource Education and Leadership Development. Ray has worked all over the world at several companies throughout his career with a focus on Human Resources. He is now back home to Nicholls State University as the MBA Director. Some of Ray's accomplishments also include three (3) publications; New Employee Onboarding - Psychological Contracts and Ethical Perspectives, Evolving Leadership as a Competitive Advantage, and Creating a Culture of Engagement- Insights for Application. He has also received the following certifications: SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
